I am here to nurture, support & guide you as you prepare to birth your baby & during the sacred transition to motherhood. Whether this is your first baby or you are a mother already, each pregnancy and each new child will bring internal & external shifts that can be confusing, conflicting & confronting.
It is my belief that every mother should be deeply honoured & cared for during this transformational period. We were never meant to mother alone.

10 hour Hypnobirthing Course
As women, we know how to birth our babies. Our bodies know. The knowing is in our flesh & blood. It is our biology.
But we are conditioned not to trust in ourselves. We are taught that birth is not safe; that it is something to fear & something that we need saving from. We have medicalised a natural process & women have lost faith in their innate ability to give birth.
This 10 hour hypnobirthing course is a holistic approach to birth preparation for you & your birth partner. The course will allow you to reconnect to the wisdom of your body.

1:1 Course: £375 per couple
Women's Circles
We were never meant to mother alone. These nurturing circles allow you to connect with other women in the same stage of motherhood as you.
Held for Pregnancy is a space for expectant mothers to gather in circle. You will be guided through a gentle relaxation & a short meditation & spend some time in circle, with opportunities to share; to hear & be heard, to see & be seen, to support & to be supported.
Once your baby arrives, you may join us for Held for New Mothers & their Babies. Safely held in circle, we explore the themes and emotions that arise as we navigate our new-selves with babes in arms.

Shamanic Birth Preparation
As women, we are intrinsically connected to the rhythms of nature, the elements, the lunar cycle.
These sessions draw on that ancient earth wisdom and are designed to deepen your connection to self, to your baby & to your guides as you prepare for birth.

Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and intentions and offer an intuitive and holistic approach to readying your body, mind, and spirit for childbirth
